With the small groups being less than 7 people, nobody gets lost in the shuffle. Your Personal Trainer can see what everybody is doing in the group and can correct things and make sure people are pushing themselves to their own limits, not doing more than they can and not doing less than they can AND you still get 1 to 1 NeuroKinetic Therapy.
