Small Group Training (Maximum 6 People) with 1 to 1 NeuroKinetic Therapy

A More Cost Effective Way of Training with All of the Benefits of a Certified Trainer and Superior Peer to Peer Motivation

Everyone feeds off each other so many clients actually get even more out of small group training than 1 to 1 training because of the camaraderie you develop within the group. With the small groups being less than 7 people, nobody gets lost in the shuffle. Your Personal Trainer can see what everybody is doing in the group and can correct things and make sure people are pushing themselves to their own limits, not doing more than they can and not doing less than they can AND you still get 1 to 1 NeuroKinetic Therapy.

Even With Bad Eating Habits and Only Coming Once a Week, You Will Still See Great Results…

“I came to Mission Fitness more than 30 pounds overweight, with bad knees, a crooked posture, suffering from headaches and neck pain after having had surgery on my spine 6 years ago, an inability to sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time, and a bad tendency to get light headed and collapse after more than 10 minutes of strenuous activity. My diet consisted mostly of bacon-cheeseburgers, pasta, ice cream and “healthy” smoothies and wraps.

In the three months, I’ve seen positive results in my eating habits, my energy levels, my strength and stability, my sleep, and yes, my weight and waistline. We’ve achieved these accomplishments despite my irregular diet, my seeming inability to get to the gym more than once per week, and my numerous other bad habits.” Jos Willard, Calgary, Alberta
